In this part of the story the jurors decided to take another vote, but the juror that said not guilty will not be a part of the vote this time. They all take another vote and surprisingly one of the other jurors changes their mind. Of course, all of the other jurors are furious about this and question why he changes his vote. The juror comes up with this very clever senario that the old man (neighbor down stairs) would not have been able to hear the boy say "I'm going to kill you" if the El train was passing by at the same time. Personally I think that he's right, but the other jurors decide to be close minded and deny the fact that he could be right. The jurors just want to go on and get home, but the two opposing jurors are preventing them from doing so. Since this is happening the other 9 jurors are denying everything the two jurors are saying and sticking with their original decision (guilty). This is really messed up because we're talking about a young man's life right now and they are trying to ruin it just because they want to go home. The worst part about it is those 9 jurors can care less.
