Further into the book juror number 8 and 10 get into it over the case again. This time it is over the fact that the old man could possibly be lying about "getting to the door in 15 seconds." It didn't make sense how an old man who could barely get to the stand with help from the security guards. Juror 8 reenacts the whole scene from the old man hearing the body hit the floor to him openingup the door to see the kid running. The time comes out to 39 seconds which is way off of the time the old man said even though he swore under oath. The jurors take another vote now the votes are 6 to 6. This frustrates juror 3 and he claims they aren't the right jurors for the job. They take a vote asking if they are or aren't right and the vote was 7 to 5. The case continues and the arguments never stop.
